WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CREDITED? Once your return has been received and accepted, Excellent Silk Flowers will issue a credit to your card. Please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. WILL I BE CHARGED FOR RETURN SHIPPING? Return shipping is at your expense, using the carrier of your choice. THE COLORS DON'T SEEM TO MATCH WHAT IS SEEN ON LINE. There could be slight variations of color depending upon the monitor that is being used. RETURNS: Be sure to inspect the package at time of delivery for any damage in shipment before you sign for the delivery. If damaged the delivery person will make the notes and let you know what to do at that time. If the wrong Item was shipped in error or if there is another problem, please 3-mail customerservice@excellentsilkflowers.com within 10 days of delivery to initiate your return. We will provide you with a RMA nmber (Return Merchandise Authorization Numner. The Return Address will be given at the time the RMA is issued.
PLEASE NOTE: To be accepted for return, items must be in their origianal purchase condition, including the original product packaging and all accessories must be included. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually. When you place your items back into the origianl packaging it was sent in, please include a note on regular size paper of your name, address, phone number and RMA Number. Your account will be credited with the purchase amount less the shipping charges when the package is received and approved by our return office. Customer is reponsible for all reutrn shipping fees.
